Our Story

It all began with a simple question from my 8-year-old daughter:

“Can I try?” she asked, reaching for a bottle of perfume on my dresser.

That small moment stayed with me.

I realized that children can be just as curious about fragrance, beauty, and self-expression as adults are — but I struggled to find a perfume that felt thoughtfully created for them.

My daughter didn’t only want to wear perfume. She wanted to help create one.

So we began the journey together.

She brought her imagination, her favorite scent ideas, and the joy of seeing something of her own come to life. I brought my background as an artist and designer, along with the belief that a child’s first fragrance could feel beautiful, special, and carefully made.

With the help of a professional perfumer, those ideas became our first fragrance.

Unlike many traditional perfumes, ByNadi is water-based and alcohol-free*, created for a softer, lighter fragrance experience.

But what we created became more than a perfume.

It became part of our story as a mother and daughter — and the beginning of an idea that now sits at the heart of ByNadi:

Perfume creates future memories.

A scent can become connected to a birthday, a vacation, getting ready together, or an ordinary day that one day becomes something we miss.

That is what I hope ByNadi can become for other families too — a beautiful fragrance today, and a memory waiting to come back years from now.
